• Exhibitor Table: $500 per 6’ skirted table with two chairs and standard ID signage; foyer placement near sessions and meals.

• Friday Lunch Sponsor + Non-CME Presentation: $1,000 for a 30–45 minute product theater during Friday lunch; sponsor branding in non-CME promotions when applicable.

• Saturday Lunch Sponsor + Non-CME Presentation: $1,500 for a 30–45 minute product theater during Saturday lunch; sponsor branding in non-CME promotions when applicable.

What’s Included

• Exhibitor tables: 6’ draped table, two chairs, ID sign; proximity to registration, breaks, and meal traffic.

• Lunch sponsorships: on-site signage and listing in event materials for the non-CME session; limited inventory, first-come scheduling.

• Visibility: listing in conference materials; optional add-ons for enhanced branding may be available.

Non-CME Presentation Guidelines

• Product theaters are promotional and separate from accredited education; must not be marketed as CME.

• Titles, descriptions, and slide content are subject to organizer review to ensure clear separation from CME content.

• Final scheduling and room assignment at organizer discretion; A/V and F&B beyond standard provision may be sponsor’s responsibility.
