Congress of Medical Excellence 5.0 is designated for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™

Physicians attending the Congress of Medical Excellence 5.0 are eligible to earn CME credits as follows:

Accreditation Statement:
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). CME credits are provided by an ACCME-accredited provider.

Credit Designation Statement:
The provider designates this live activity for a maximum of 20 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

How to Claim CME Credits:

1.      Attend eligible sessions at the Congress of Medical Excellence 5.0.

2.     At the end of the conference, return to this website and click the “Claim CME Credit” button below.

3.     Log in with your registration email.

4.     Select the sessions you attended and enter the total credits applicable.

5.      Submit the online credit claim form to download and print your CME certificate.

Deadline for Claiming Credits:
All CME credits must be claimed by 1/15/2026
